The Working Company

Brand identity

The Working Company helps men and women who have been out of work return to employment after a career break. A visually engaging identity was required that positioned the company as a highly-regarded organisation, the ‘go-to skill centre’ for exceptional business women preparing to return to senior roles in the city. The infinity symbol was used to signify the continuum of employment which was highlighted by the use of colour in Work and Co. A brand strapline was developed referring to the partnership the company embarks on with each client, but also the partnerships that was desired with corporations/institutions.
